How much is shipping?

I offer $8 flat rate shipping anywhere within the contiguous USA. I offer free pickup for Tallahassee locals (use code TALLYPICKUP at checkout)- make sure to contact me directly after completing your purchase to arrange a time to pick up your item(s).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, of course! Complimentary gift wrapping is included with every purchase, making MOLLYWOOD a premier online destination for your gift-giving needs (or to treat yourself!)

What type of materials do you use, and where do you source them from?

I take pride in my work and want to make sure you can enjoy your items for a good, long while, which is why I use premium filled metals which are resistant to tarnishing, fine Czech glass, and natural elements including semi/precious stones.

I’ve developed relationships with suppliers around the globe to support other women-owned businesses, fair-trade sales, and I like to support suppliers which employ ethical business practices.

How do you come up with your designs?

Lots of time is poured into my work. My designs are a reflection of my own personal style, mixed with taking cues from friends & family and staying aware of modern and up-and-coming trends. 

Can I request a custom item?

Yes! Send me all the ideas and your inspiration, and we will work together to design a beautiful addition to your collection, tailored to you.

Same goes for a remake of something- did you see a picture of an item but it has already sold? No worries- simply send me a message and I will see what I can do to make another set just for you.

What about returns?

I really hope you love your jewelry, but if you wish to return or exchange your items you can contact me to share your feedback. Please understand that due to the unique nature of my designs, returns and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis. All items must be in original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Customer will assume return shipping cost and a refund will be made after a passing inspection of the item(s).

If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me immediately so I may correct the issue.

Do you ever sell at pop up shops or craft fairs?
